Allison Turcio, Ed.D., is Assistant VP for Enrollment and Marketing at Siena College, a marketing professor, consultant, host of The Application Podcast, and publisher of the Higher Education Marketer's Digest.

Allison frequently presents at industry conferences and serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Education Advancement & Marketing. She has led her team to win several accolades, including AMA's 2023 Emerging Marketer in Higher Education Award. Allison has been selected for Albany Business Review’s 40 Under 40 and Siena’s Excellence in Administration award. She holds a doctorate degree in higher education leadership from Northeastern University, a master’s in communications and bachelor’s in English.


Farrukh Iftikhar is a seasoned sales leader with a passion for empowering businesses with the power of digital content.

His 25-year career journey began in software development, where he assisted organisations in transitioning their physical content into digital and involved into providing tools to create and manage content.

This experience ignited his passion for content's strategic role, leading him to consulting and eventually pre-sales roles. Today, Farrukh leverages his well-rounded expertise to lead Kontent.ai's EMEA sales organisation, guiding businesses to unlock the full potential of their content strategy.


Mark Daley is the Chief AI Officer at Western University and a Professor in the Department of Computer Science with cross-appointments in five other departments, The Rotman Institute of Philosophy, and The Western Institute for Neuroscience. He is also a faculty affiliate of Toronto's Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence.

Mark was named in the Maclean's magazine "Power List 2024" of the top 100 Canadians shaping the country.

Mark has previously served as the Vice-President (Research) at the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research(CIFAR), and Chief Digital Information Officer, Special Advisor to the President, and Associate Vice-President (Research) at Western.



After a 20-year career in higher education – including nine years as a chief marketing officer – Jaime Hunt founded Solve Higher Ed Marketing in 2024.

Transformation and innovation have been hallmarks of her career. She has extensive expertise in brand strategy, recruitment marketing, internal communications, crisis communications, issues management, online innovation, and media relations.

A first-generation college graduate, she earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota and her master's degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University.
